now limbaugh inciting rioting at convention
Apparently, several Denver officials are not members of the Limbaugh Nation. And it should be noted that some Democrats have promised "trouble" at the convention:
On Wednesday, Limbaugh had been discussing comments by the Rev. Al Sharpton, who had warned of "trouble" at the convention if the nomination was wrested away from Barack Obama by superdelegates.
impact on ohio and missisippi vote
For those who shrug off Rush and Talk Radio’s influence, they should take a look at the results in Texas, Ohio, and Mississippi. According to current tallies, Hillary Clinton scored 100,o00 GOP votes in Ohio, 119,000 in Texas, and 38,000 in Mississippi (Source).
Mississippi’s results were the most dramatic, with almost 24% of votes for Hillary Clinton coming from self-identified Republicans (Source). These are based on exit-polls, so it’s pretty much certain that a higher percentage of her voters were Republicans because some would not want to reveal their cross-out sabotage.
Now that McCain has locked up the nomination, this makes sense. GOP voters have no one else to vote for, so why not continue to boost their party by selecting a weaker Democratic nominee.

The Boston Globe reported on March 17 about 100,000 Republicans voted for Clinton in Ohio, as did 119,000 in Texas and around 38,000 members of the GOP did in Mississippi, according to exit polling data.
In Texas, considered “must win” by the Clinton campaign, those crossover votes may have pushed Clinton to win. She only beat Obama by 101,000 votes in the Lone Star state.
