Traveling executives know how frustrating it can be to wait in a taxi
line at the end of a long trip, especially when they've got customers

Using the Rearden Personal Assistant, employees or their assistants can quickly reserve car service by specifying pick-up and drop off-locations and times. They view a list of available transportation providers and make their selection based on cost, corporate policy, and car type. The Rearden Personal Assistant confirms the reservation and automatically inserts itinerary details into the traveler's calendar. Should their plans change, travelers can update their car service reservations with mouse clicks.
From the Rearden Services Console, travel managers can quickly establish spending policies and guide employees to car service providers that offer negotiated rates. Employees booking airline flights with Rearden Travel can quickly
find, compare and book flights with more than 500 airlines worldwide. Based
on user preferences, the Rearden solution simultaneously searches multiple
global distribution systems (GDS) to find the most convenient and cost-effective
flights. In seconds,
the system identifies hundreds of options, which can be filtered by
cost, departure time and trip duration. The system provides employees
all of the information they need to select their flight, including
updated policy and on-time arrival information. Employees can even view available
seats on each flight prior to booking to ensure that their trip is
not only convenient and cost-effective, but also comfortable. As with
all services booked through the Rearden Personal Assistant, all flight information
is immediately populated in the employee's
calendar and the assistant automatically provides telephone, email
