I think that this is the same thing that happens when people first
read DU, or first start ACIM and then get really disturbing nightmares
at night. Look at it this way, in the dream, you are the "scary wild
beast". This beast is not true. You think that this beast is soooo
horrible, that it's been repressed and projected for a time (because,
it's soooo horrible that you are way too scared to actually look at
it). With forgiveness, go ahead and look at this thing called beast,
then release it. Know that at a time you chose to believe that it was
you, that you were fearful and guilty, but now you choose to see
yourself with the Holy Spirit (not the ego). Be grateful, this is an
opportunity to look at the ego mind with the Holy Spirit.
Keep up what you're doing, obviously it's helping you to release (to
J) some junk and knock some things loose.
