I'm running at 1680x1050, but I think
Paradigm is designed around a 1280x1024 rez, which means judicious use
of scaling and redesign could probably make it usable at 1024x768.
Villainelle reads the boards, he (she?) could probably give you a
definite answer.
As to other mods - other posters have pretty much hit the highlights.
StatusBars, DrathalsHud, SCT/SCTD, SpellAlert, Natur's Enemy Cast Bars, Discodice, CooldownTimers, ElkBuffBar, etc.
