Summary: Quite possibly one of the artists that rocked the world, Elvis Presley was an icon on the 1950s and 1960s who swept not only America but the entire world. Although he did not revoluntionize the rock'n'roll industry he was certainally one of those who made it soar into popularity. With his smooth voice and excellent rythmn, he had women literlly swooning at his concerts.
