His work there focused on the landscape of social spaces, establishing real identities in virtual space, and building virtual worlds for real world purposes. He has worked for Apple Computer as a lead human interface designer for eWorld. His work there focused on making complex on-line environments easy to use and integrating international linguistic and cultural issues into consumer on-line systems.
