Anyone with half a brain can figure out to use a proxy, proxies make you connect to the internet through some other computer in another country. Thereby "fooling" the internet into thinking you have a different IP address, an IP address situated in another country.

Go to this site, find a proxy representing any other country than Thailand and copy it.

On IE you then click tools, internet options, connections then go into lan settings and insert the proxy into the field there. If you have another browser you can do it with a slightly different method, you should be able to figure it out.
